Asa Medical Office Assistant you will play a vital role in ensuringour clinics smooth and efficient operation. Your responsibilitieswill include managing administrative tasks assisting healthcareprofessionals and providing excellent customer service to ourpatients.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Greetand check in patients ensuring a warm and welcomingenvironment.
- Scheduleand confirm patientappointments.
- Maintainaccurate patient records and manage confidentialinformation.
- Answeringphone calls and responding to patientinquiries.
- Assisthealthcare providers with administrative tasks and clinical dutiesasneeded.
- Processbilling and insuranceclaims.
- Maintaina clean and organized receptionarea.
Qualifications :
- Diplomaor certificate in Medical Office Administration or a relatedfield.
- 2years ofexperience.
- Previousexperience in a medical office or healthcare setting ispreferred.
- Proficientin Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records (EMR)systems.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
- Strongorganizational and multitaskingabilities.
- Abilityto work both independently and as part of ateam.
- Highlevel of professionalism andconfidentiality.

2 years of experience. Previous experience in a medical office orhealthcare setting is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft OfficeSuite and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
