Were on thelookout for a passionate and skilled Marketing Specialist temporarily for 6 months with thepossibility of an extension.

This role is a maternity leavereplacement but there may be an opportunity to stay longerdepending on business needs. In this role you will be responsiblefor driving revenue opportunities through customer engagementadvocacy and strategic marketing initiatives ensuring our customersthrive and grow with us.

You will make datadriven recommendationsto ideate and execute initiatives that are aligned with thecompanys global expansion growth targets.

Youwill collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams within theorganization including Customer Revenue Channel & AlliancesSales and Product and Product Marketing teams to create experiencesand interactions that drive measurable revenuegrowth.

Whatyou ll do

  • Develop andexecute multichannel marketing strategies and programs focused onincreasing expansion and retention for our growing customer installbase.
  • Analyze data to understand customer painpoints engagement customer experience and product adoption andusage to identify growth opportunities and make recommendations forimprovement.
  • Segment lists based on usersbehavior and engagement and build effective conversionjourneys.
  • Drive customer advocacy initiativesand lead the integration of customer stories testimonials andvisuals across marketing channels.
  • Manage aprogram to drive traffic and positive reviews to thirdparty reviewsites to increase brand awareness and influence the buyingprocess.
  • Plan and execute regular events(webinars) to deepen relationships with customers and partners andnurture leads.
  • Run ongoing A / B tests ondifferent performance parameters and develop playbooks
  • Regular tracking and reporting on campaignperformance

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degreein business marketing or a relatedfield
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customermarketing or related B2B marketing roles in a global SaaS or techcompany.
  • Strong analytical skills with theability to analyze data make strategic recommendations based oncustomer journey and usage patterns test andoptimize.
  • Experience with email marketingmarketing automation and webinarprograms.
  • Excellent verbal and written Englishcommunication skills with an ability to simplify messaging and tella compelling and engaging story
  • A selfmotivatedresultdriven enthusiastic team player with great interpersonalskills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools. Advantage : SalesForce
