• Engage customers with our marketing andmunity efforts both directly and through various platforms.
• Build and nurture relationships with retailers, informing them about our services and marketing initiatives.
• Manage all administrative tasks for ourmunity space, including handling inquiries, scheduling, and drafting agreements.
• Support marketingmunications with tenants, including memos and newsletters.
• Take quality photos and videos for digital media.
• Establish connections with localmunity partners.
• Train retailers on our gift card program.
• Promotemunity spaces using our websites and social media.
• Help organize and run marketing events.
• Stay informed about our services, amenities, and activities.
• Help withmunity bookings and event promotions.
• Keep our digital presence accurate and suggest updates.
• Aid in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Carry out additional tasks as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in marketing, business, ormunications.
• 1-2 years of marketing experience.
• Understanding of basic business operations.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Graphic design skills are a plus.
• Excellentmunication abilities.
• Conflict resolution capabilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
