Your positionI am currently recruiting for one of my clients, an agri-food company located in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, a Maintenance Supervisor - Permanent position 40h week - in person - evening shift - 3pm - 11pm.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks : - Supervise maintenance work, preventive maintenance and continuous improvement projects with the aim of improving work and machine efficiency.

• Supervise teams to ensure their technical competence and compliance with OHS standards.- Work with production to achieve objectives and comply with quality standards (HACCP, GMP).
• Monitor the department's KPIs, equipment maintenance programs and certifications.Your professional skills- Priority management and analytical skills- Leadership and rigor- Excellent interpersonal skills and team playerWe're looking for a proactive, self-starter who likes to get the job done right.
