• To rganize and supervise preventive maintenance programs so that they are executed according to the planned schedule;
• To ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices and identify opportunities for improvement;
• To collaborate with production supervisors to coordinate activities according to operational needs and customer delivery;
• To develop and manage the department budget.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in conventional and numerically controlled machinery maintenance;
• Relevant experience in team management;
• Use of a computer-assisted active maintenance management system (CMMS);
