Mechanical Maintenance Planner
This role will support the North Atlantic Project Group’s Operational Readiness Team by ensuring the requirements for the Asset Management Framework (AMF) and Operational Readiness are met prior to the project handing over ownership of the new equipment to operations.
- Develop the maintenance strategies for all the new pieces of equipment, including development of inspections, parts list, operating and capital spare parts, uploading equipment files into SAP
- Review equipment datasheets and recommended spare parts list for operating and capital spares.
- Work collaboratively with the Instrumentation specialists and electrical specialist to develop the maintenance plans for Electrical and Instrumentation.
- Track material deliveries as required using SAP.
- Generate the MST’s, OST’s, and PM’s for mechanical, Instrumentation and electrical with the support of the electrical, instrumentation and operations specialists working on the specific projects.
- Participate in the NAPG safety plan as required.
- Work collaboratively with suppliers, engineering and construction to ensure the plans meet the project deliverables.
- Provide training to coworkers in Maintenance Planner duties and skills as required.
- Maintain detailed files in the NAPG registry for all planning activities.
- Participate in design reviews.
- Participate in project safety reviews.
