DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Maintain all facility equipment
• Complete building maintenance, includes lighting, furniture, plumbing, etc.
• Machine repair and installation, includes mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatics.
• Maintain and repair small tools (deburring tools, small hand tools, etc.)
• Perform regular routine maintenance on all machinery, includes oil / coolant changes, machine cleaning, filter changes, etc.)
• Maintain inventory of supplies, includes oils, coolants. Parts and janitorial.
• Required to assist other departments when requested
• Fork lift driving
• Must be capable of working with the following machines and equipment :
• All basic hand and power tools
• Some tool room equipment (mills, lathes, etc.)
• Basic test equipment
• Welding environment

ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Obtain Enhanced Security Clearance from the Government of Canada
• Maintenance of secure and confidential company information
• Adherence to Colt Canada Corporation’s policies and procedures
• Must ensure all health and safety requirements for equipment and maintenance are adhered to.

• Manufacturing facility with noise
• Lifting, bending, fixing machines
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
