Maintenance Millwright

Our client a food & beveragemanufacturing company in Ottawa Ontario is seeking a MaintenanceMillwright. The Millwright will be responsible for ensuring theefficient operation of industrial machinery by performingmaintenance and repairs.

This role is vital to maintaining highstandards of quality and safety within the productionfacility.

KeyResponsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on industrialequipment focusing on preventive measures to reducedowntime.
• Utilize mechanical maintenancetroubleshooting and problemsolvingskills.
• Replace or repair defective machineparts and perform parts rebuilding asnecessary.
• Execute routine maintenance tasks onmachinery.
• Adhere to established safetyprocedures and quality standards in all workperformed.
• Collaborate with the production teamto support operational needs.
• Maintain accuraterecords of maintenance activities andrepairs.

Qualifications

• Red Seal Millwright (433A)certification.
• At least three years ofexperience in industrial maintenance ispreferred.
• Previous experience in food industryis advantageous.
• Knowledge of mechanicalelectrical and automated systems.
• Basiccomputer knowledge and math skills.

Compensation : $42p / h

Shift Schedule : Day shift 4 / 12
