What we offer : · $43.00 - $45.00 Based on experience· Full comprehensive benefits· RRSP Matching· 3 Weeks’ vacationWhat you do : · Address and resolve maintenance issues· Support the production team· Record all maintenance performed and materials used· Support the development of the maintenance program· Oversee outside contractors as needed· Seek out continuous improvement initiatives· Report major issues to the direct leader· Perform other maintenance-related duties as neededWho you are : · Certified 433a Industrial Millwright · Experience in an industrial setting· Lean manufacturing an asset· Knowledge of blister packaging, bottle filling, cartooning lines, shop equipment, pouching machine, conveyors, and packaging equipment· PLCs, pneumatic, and HVAC systems· 5 10 years’ experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and / or food packaging preferred· Able to work rotating shifts including days, afternoons, and nights· Must be able to lift 50lbs as needed
