Ourclient an international food and manufacturing company is lookingfor a Maintenance Coordinator AfternoonShift ( Monday Friday; 12 : 30 p.m. 9p.m.)
The Maintenance Coordinatorwill play a pivotal role in ensuring maintenance excellenceenhancing equipment reliability and leading cultural transformationefforts.
You will coordinate work orders manage parts inventorylead process improvements and champion changes to ensure the smoothand efficient operation of equipment in our facility.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategies to improveplant equipment and machinery reliability.
- Assist in strategic planning to minimize equipmentdowntime and reduce repetitive failures.
- Identify and prioritize maintenance tasks focusing onproactive approaches.
- Procure routine andcritical maintenance parts ensuring optimal inventorylevels.
- Apply strategic purchasing expertiseindustry standards and 5S methodology for inventorymanagement.
- Assign manage and assess workorders and parts inventory requests.
- Improvemaintenance efficiency and reliability through work orders andproject management.
- Analyze data to identifytrends and opportunities for improvement creating detailedreports.
- Lead maintenance operationalexpenditure projects and reliabilityfocused initiatives.
- Use Fiix (may transfer to SAP) for work ordermanagement.
- Lead cultural transformationthrough best practices such as Lean TPM RCM and FMEA.
Requirements :
- Postsecondary certification in engineeringtechnology or trades
- Certification in CMRP PMPFMEA or MMP (preferred but not mandatory)
- 5years of experience in manufacturing or productionmaintenance
- Strong technical knowledge ofmaintenance practices and principles
- Experience using CMMS systems like Fiix or SAP
