Emil Anderson Properties (EAP) is an Okanagan based real estate development company. We believe in long term investments in property and people.

EAP is currently looking for a Lot Sales Representative to join our team.

Are you great with people? The Lot Sales Representative at Emil Anderson Properties is responsible for driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction within the Kelowna and West Kelowna region.

This role demands a proactive approach to understanding local market dynamics, effectively presenting the single-family lot product features to prospective buyers, and successfully closing sales to meet targeted objectives.

This role requires the candidate to be in the Discovery center for 20 hours per week (Saturday to Tuesday 12-5PM).

Responsibilities :

  • Operate in accordance with and uphold Emil Anderson Group (EAG) Core Values in all aspects of your work.
  • Uphold an unwavering commitment to developing a zero-injury culture, and meeting the Paving the Way to Zero goals.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the neighborhood and the offerings of Emil Anderson Properties.
  • Engage with prospects by demonstrating product offering, discussing features and pricing, and identifying customer needs.
  • Follow up diligently with all visitors, phone, and web inquiries, maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
  • Prepare and manage lots contracts, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate.
  • Provide weekly sales reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Participate in marketing and sales meetings, equipped with current market intelligence.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Competencies :

  • Understanding of the current market landscape
  • Competent in Word and Excel, CRM programs for database management of prospects.
  • High-energy and outgoing personality with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
  • Strong focus on integrity, customer service, and closing sales.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications :

  • Have 1+ years of new home sales or land sales experience with a proven track record for driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is considered an asset.
  • Experience in land development & home building is also considered a major asset.

Compensation :

$25 / hr PLUS attractive commission on each deal
