Responsibilities :

• Recruit, train, develop and lead the team while providing clear direction and aligning the team on the organizations mission
• Positively contribute to team culture through employee engagement initiatives and driving high performance to achieve team success
• Accountable for safety requirements and compliance
• Prepare, assess and report financial data
• Develop a sales budget and growth plan to maximize revenue
• Develop sales and marketing strategies, and partner with suppliers and internal procurement team
• Manage inventory and proactively account for future needs

Qualifications :

• 5+ years leadership experience with proven success motivating and leading a team
• 10+ years experience in agricultural retail
• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, commerce, or business administration an asset
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and relationship building skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Valid class 5 drivers license
