We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our client's team as a Local Dispatcher, supporting their supply chain and logistics department.

In this key role, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of local drivers and ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods to our customers.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinating and scheduling shipments
• Communicating with drivers and customers
• Monitoring and tracking shipment progress
• Providing customers with shipment status updates
• Handling phone calls and responding to inquiries
• Entering data such as warranties, invoices, and managing inventory

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in local dispatch
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office, Windows, and dispatch software
• Fluent in Russian and / or Ukrainian is an asset
• Proficiency in English
• Strong communication skills
• High school diploma or higher education
• Keen attention to detail
