We are looking for a Full Time Building Superintendent for a Condominium in Halton Hills. Our team is looking for an individual who has a positive attitude, friendly demeanor and who is hard-working.

This team member will work with Property managers, contractors, cleaners and other staff at the seniors home.

We are looking for someone who has experience with working as a team and independently, problem solving, quick response to emergencies, meets deadlines and is self-directed, self-sufficient and motivated.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THI IS A NO DOGS BUILDING

Job Details :

• $38,500 per year
• Free stay, accommodations, WIFI are included
• Mondays 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm, Tuesday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm, Saturdays 8 : 00am-1 : 00pm
• Available for on-calls over the weekend and after regular shift

Job Duties :

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Respond to emergencies promptly
• Be available 24 / 7 for urgent issues
• Address tenant inquiries and complaints
• Facilitate move-ins and move-outs
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the building
• Monitor security systems
• Maintain maintenance records and prepare reports
• Assist with rent collection
• Manage maintenance supplies and equipment
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Foster a positive living environment and address community issues

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of Superintendent experience in a similair role
• Must have knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Proficient with Sprinkler room (dry and wet system), boiler room (electrical), HVAC (Glycol system, chiller system) generator room, elevator room, pool room, main electrical room, fire panel, sump pumps, compactor room, etc.
