SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Safely marshalling in and out arriving and departing aircrafts, taking care to secure the aircraft and provide car valet service, luggage handling as necessary;
- Safely operate fuel trucks - fueling and completing aircraft orders;
- Performing loading and receiving of fuel at storage facility;
- Handle aviation / jet fuel quality checks by conducting various tests and procedures;
- Document fuel quality and fueling equipment inspections on applicable forms;
- Tow aircraft in and out of hangars and on aprons / ramps;
- Provide any number of ground services to aircrafts (. connecting ground power units, lavatory waste disposal, potable water ;
- Ensure readiness and replenishment of anti-ice equipment during winter snow events;
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct with customers and coworkers;
- Maintain the cleanliness of all facilities and equipment;
- Other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED :
- High school Diploma or GED required;
- Valid G Driver’s License required with ability to obtain DZ;
- Aviation experience is considered an asset;
- Must be a team player with good communication skills;
- Must have basic computer skills;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Being mechanically-inclined is considered an asset;
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs;
- Ability to work outside in a variety of weather / environmental conditions.
