JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you looking to make some extra $$$$$?, We are looking for someone to fill a Part time cleaning position, Monday to Thursday 2 hours per evening and Friday 4 hours, with a start time after 5 : 00pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Dust all furniture including desks, chairs, tables (exposed areas of desk only) and other areas as assigned
• Clean all mirrors and glass within the unit, including interior glass in partitions and doors
• Empty and maintain all containers and garbage bins
• Clean / sanitize kitchens
• Vacuum / sweep / mop all flooring
• Perform additional cleaning instructions received from client (when required)
• Establish positive rapport with clients when possible
• Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
• Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Pride taken in providing clean residential and commercial environments to clients
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
• Works well independently and in a team environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Moderate intensity of sensory effort is required
