Responsibilities :

• Educate clients on the importance of life insurance and tailor policies to their individual needs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities, and an entire untapped agent book of business
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications :

• Previous sales experience a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Life insurance license - LLQP - required
