one of Canada's premiere Construction Rental Companies, presently requires a Leadership Trainee for our Central Region.

The Leadership Trainee Program is a paid management internship program at Battlefield Equipment Rentals that allows you to showcase what you can do, acquire skills and accelerate your management and leadership development.

Our Leadership Trainee's will travel and operate all over our Central Region to learn and gain direct experience in the various business segments that make up our organization.

• Job DescriptionRotational program operating throughout our Central Region across several business segments within Battlefield Equipment Rentals;
• On the job training, formal mentorship and special projects with the following business segments including, but not limited to, Rental Operations, Product Support, CAT Compact Equipment inside / outside sales, Rental inside / outside sales, Purchasing, Marketing, Health and Safety, and Finance;
• Participate in one to three month rotations throughout the duration of the program to acquire knowledge, skills and abilities to take-on various leadership and key positions within the company;
