KeyResponsibilities :

Incharge of outside sales doing quote visits and sendingquotes / proposals toclients.

Youwill be responsible to cold outreach target property managers andresidential clients promoting our comprehensive gardening and snowremoval services.

This role is ideal for a motivated professionaleager to drive growth and secure longterm contracts in thelandscaping industry as well as target new and existing Homeownersto sell maintenanceservices.

Asneeded : help out team captain with starting staff off in themorning going over jobs doing site checks at the beginning and endof day ifneeded.

Dealingwith upset customers doing site checks to meet customers on site tofind solutions to issues. When operations can thandle.

Liaisonfor operations manager between staff andcustomers.

Helpaffect change in the company improve company policies andculture

Helppromote staffevents / bbqs.

Setreminders to revisit projects to ensure they are progressingthrough the timeline at appropriate intervals and have not stalledifnecessary.

Conductscheduled property inspections for all maintenance customers andprovide a maintenance report afterwards at least once peryear.

Ensurejobcompletion walkthroughs are scheduled & completed whennecessary.

CheckCRM daily for implementation items assigned to you and complete asscheduled.

Demonstratesleadership and a desire to grow within thecompany.

Qualifications :

Provenexperience in sales landscaping horticulture gardening andconstruction.

Adriverslicense

Excellentpresentation and communication skills with strong written and oralcommunicator inEnglish

Excellenttime management planning and problemsolvingabilities

Thriveson meeting new people and buildingrelationships

Highlymotivated energetic person who works independently with an abilityto work effectively todeadlines

Abilityto handle multiple tasks in a faced pacedenvironment
