Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk

This Company is an established, full-service law firm with over 60 lawyers. The firm has a broad-based practice which includes bankruptcy / insolvency, business law, commercial lending, commercial litigation, commercial and residential real estate, condominium law, employment and labour law, family law, immigration law, planning and development law, personal injury, wills and estates, and tax law.

They are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk to join our client in their Commercial Real

Estate Law practice group. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to work in a

dynamic fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications :

• Diploma from a recognized Ontario Law Clerk program;
• At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Law;
• Experience working on complex real estate and land development transactions;
• Ability to handle files independently or as part of a team;
• Residential Real Estate law experience would be an asset;
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to work well in a team environment.

They require in-office attendance of at least 3 days per week.
