Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee large-scale hardscape projects from start to finish.

Coach, lead, and develop lead hands / technicians.

Interpret and implement construction blueprints and designs.

Direct the excavation and site preparation process.

Use technology to track crew performance and project time.

Interact with clients professionally and prioritize excellent customer service.

Take initiative to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

Qualifications :

Previous leadership experience in the landscape construction industry.

Valid Driver's License.

Demonstrated professionalism and competence in client interactions.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Experience with GPS survey equipment (an asset).

Experience with heavy equipment (an asset).
