JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare raw foodstuffs (vegetables, fruit, etc.);
• Set up food for preparation of various dishes;
• Assemble dishes, salads and sandwiches according to Première Moisson's recipes;
• Cook and prepare simple dishes;
• Package food products;
• Apply quality, hygiene, sanitation and occupational health and safety standards established by Première Moisson;
