JobDescription :

As a Journeyman Millwright you will be responsiblefor the installation maintenance repair and troubleshooting ofindustrial grain machinery and mechanical systems.

You will play akey role in maintaining operational efficiency by conductingpreventive maintenance and ensuring the reliability ofequipment.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Installmaintain troubleshoot and repair stationary industrial machineryand mechanical equipment specifically grainhandlingsystems.
• Perform routine preventivemaintenance on mechanical equipment according to schedules andstandards.
• Fabricate repair andinstall mechanical components following established safety andoperational procedures.
• Assist otherMaintenance and Electrical teams as needed to ensure smooth plantoperations.
• Perform equipmentalignments and calibrations according to industrystandards.
• Safely operate weldingand cutting equipment including TIG MIG ARC Plasma and Torchtools.
• Adhere to health safety andfire prevention regulations at alltimes.

Qualifications :

• Journeymancertification with Red Seal or TradeQualification.
• Minimum 3 years ofindustrial experience preferably in grain handling or a similarfield.
• Strong problemsolving skillswith attention to detail and a commitment to qualitywork.
• Experience with materialhandling systems and conveyor equipment is anasset.
• Proficient in welding rigging(load balancing hand signals) and operating mobileequipment.
• Ability to read andinterpret schematic drawings and diagrams to guide installation andrepairs.
• Knowledge of industrialelevator and cleaning systems ispreferred.
• Equivalent combinationsof education and experience may beconsidered.

WorkConditions :

• Schedule : Monday to Friday rotating shifts (Day : 8 AM to 4 PM Evening : 4 PMto 12 AM).
