JOB OVERVIEW
Accountable for the international marketing and sales of various LEP Isotope products and services and for the development of business opportunities for these and other LEP products and services.
What you will be doing....
Working in accordance with prescribed safety procedures and regulations :
- Responsible for worldwide marketing of isotope products and services within approved LEP policies, procedures and standards.
- Develop business, marketing and financial plans and budgets; provide feedback to Management on results compared to expectations.
- Develop market intelligence, predictions, plans, strategies, contacts, and sound relationships. Identify the need for and conduct visits to worldwide locations to pursue business opportunities.
- Represent LEP at meetings with government and agency officials, external industry representatives, consultants, and other divisions.
- Prepare, coordinate and issue technical and financial proposals to prospective international customers and internal management and stakeholders.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial contracts with international representatives, consultants, and agents of LEP and internal staff.
- Provide management and administration of international contracts to ensure adherence to all terms and conditions, applicable international laws, and regulations and within parameters of profitability, effective resource utilization and overall benefits.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals who have the following :
- Requires experience to become familiar with international marketing and sales for various isotope products.
- Requires experience to gain effective business acumen.
- Requires experience to become familiar in developing business, marketing and financial plans and budgets.
- Requires experience in the negotiation of service level agreements with external parties to develop business opportunities for such products and services.
- Requires broad experience to be familiar with nuclear and corporate functions, engineering services, and technical support in order to understand and articulate all stakeholder requirements.
- A period of over 8 years and up to and including 10 years is considered necessary to gain this experience.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Senior Manager Strategy & Business Development Isotopes will help shape strategy and lead business development opportunities.
The Senior Manager Strategy & Business Development, Isotopes will utilize his / her experience and knowledge of the medical isotope / radio pharmaceutical sector to provide strategic insight, market direction, and analysis of commercial potential, identifying existing and emerging opportunities that will provide long-term, sustainable revenue growth.
What you will be doing...
- Working in accordance with prescribed safety procedures and regulations :
- Provide input into isotopes strategy and tactics
- Provide market insights regarding new and emerging isotopes and production technologies
- Participate in formulating the strategy and identifying, evaluating, and structuring key transactions to ensure continued financial health and maximum value creation.
Transactions may involve alliances, collaborations, mergers and acquisitions, in- and out-licensing initiatives, and other activities.
- Uncover emerging issues or needs, identifying potential causes, barriers, and key stakeholders, as well as related issues.
- Lead Isotopes strategic partnering, identifying and establishing beneficial relationships with partners, and effectively negotiating partnering agreements.
- Develop a plan and follow up to communicate with clients and business partners to negotiate and establish business opportunities, building positive relationships in the process.
Be aware of, and take into account, the end goal of all parties, and actively participate in due diligence, including legal, financial, commercial, and business implications.
- Contribute to the formation of one or more elements of functional strategy through specialist expertise and insights, to ensure that the strategy meets business needs.
- Direct specific segments of the organization's competitor assessment strategy, implementing recommendations based on analysis of competitor strengths and weaknesses, and identification of opportunities and threats.
- Conduct market research regarding potential growth markets in relation to business development opportunities.
- Identify business development opportunities with existing and new clients, aligned with our strategic plan.
- Generate and mature relationships with key stakeholders and client companies.
- Build awareness with customers and stakeholders regarding Laurentis and our isotopes capabilities
- Prepare financial analysis for opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team in preparation of business development opportunities
- Identify technical, financial and other requirements to advance opportunities.
- Present opportunities to leadership

QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals who have the following :
- 5-8 years of experience in business development. Experience implementing strategic objectives and conducting solution sales in Isotope / radiopharmaceuticals
- Experience and exposure negotiating large scale partnership agreements and client contracts, while working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven research and commercial analysis experience; ability to assess opportunities, identify risks and make recommendations on priorities that are growth focused.
- Experience in establishing credibility, confidence, and earning trust. A highly collaborative and effective professional
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment while effectively managing and adapting to multiple changing priorities.
