The bigger picture

We're looking for an agile team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment to come on board as our temporary Internal Solutions Specialist for up to an 18 month term.

You will provide exceptional customer service ensuring policies and procedures are within the guidelines set by our service providers while actively responding to questions as they relate to Registered Products and functions completed in our Internal Solutions Center (ISC).

How you’ll be spending your time

• Supporting our ISC team with understanding, troubleshooting and research assistance of member transactions
• Playing a key role in proactively identifying and handling risks
• Administering GL reconciliations, remittances report views and balancing
• Interacting with team members, retail branches, and other corporate services departments to provide support, input , knowledge and feedback
• Proactively identifying and researching the best solutions that meet our members' needs and improve their financial well-being
• Yearend submissions for CRA
• Assist with special projects as assigned

The experience you bring

• In depth understanding of Registered Products. Applicants currently obtaining this knowledge will be considered.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service orientation communication and organizational skills

Salary Range

$51,710 - $64,640 with 7% Short Term Incentive
