Collaboration and support for innovative teaching and learning projects and initiatives
Support for TRU staff and service area training pertaining to interculturalization
Development and delivery of workshops to increase intercultural capacities for students
Instruction of Student Success courses for the Faculty of Student Development, as required
Engagement in service, internally and externally, that benefits the department, TRU and the profession
QUALIFICATIONS
PhD or EdD (Preferred) in Education, Anthropology, Sociology, or other relevant field; a Masters with relevant work experience will be considered
Two years of relevant experience at a post-secondary institution
Experience mentoring and supporting diverse students
Experience developing curriculum development for both face-to-face and online delivery
Demonstrated ability to conduct program / course evaluations
Demonstrated potential for successful engagement in scholarly activity
