BMC Integration Specialist - ITSM - Job Description

• We are seeking a Senior Integration Specialist- ITSM to join our team
• The ideal candidate will have strong core ITSM skills and integration experience
• This position is remote, but the candidate must be located in Markham, Ontario, Canada
• The Senior Consultant will be responsible for developing data integration objects and data processing flow using current tools and software
• They will act as the technical lead for initiatives that involve data translation or integration development, resolve highly complex technical data communication and transformation issues, design, test and implement data translation objects (maps), troubleshoot technical issues related to data transformation and flow, analyze customer system and data specifications and provide gap analysis, and create documentation for future reference, training and support purposes

BMC Integration Specialist - ITSM - Mandatory Skills

• The candidate must have experience with Incident, Change, Problem Management, leading ITSM customizations, REST API, and ITSM Integrations
• Some of the integrations include InfoBroker (Bi-directional), Entuity to CMDB, and SAP Bus Objectives (Uni-directional)

BMC Integration Specialist - ITSM Preferred Skills

• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a problem solver, and be able to work well in a team
• They should also have experience with ITSM, BSM, SaaS, Cloud Computing, Asset, CMDB, ITIL, Workflow, Discovery, Job scheduling, Virtualization, Server Provisioning, Patch, Vendor Relationship, Security, Compliance, CIO Dashboards, Analytics, Mobility, and Data Center Automation
