We are looking to add a new positive attitude team member to assist with various scheduling and administration related functions in our SE Calgary head office.

MAXgreen believes that homeowners should NOT have to replace windows, siding and roofing every 10-20 years.

Skills and Experience Required :

• Attention to detail is paramount
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills are required
• 2 years of administrative or scheduling experience
• Ability to prioritize and expedite orders from suppliers as required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook is required
• Post secondary education is an asset
• Construction industry experience is an asset

Responsibilities :

• Project scheduling with Contractors and Homeowners by email and phone
• Supplier ETA follow ups and logistics management
• Other administrative tasks as required

Compensation :

• Salary will be based upon experience and skills
• Full comprehensive benefits provice following a 3 month probationary period.

This role can lead to other opportunities including Sales or Management roles as we expand.
