An insolvency firm in North York is hiring an Insolvency Marketing and Business Development Representative.
Position Summary : The Insolvency Marketing and Business Development Representative will be responsible for responding to incoming calls from potential new clients that will require selling capability and industry knowledge.
Responsibilities :
- Develop personal insolvency practice
- Develop sources of referred work and build company’s presence and brand
- Plan, design and deliver marketing and advertising plan
- Build positive working relationship with debtors, referral sources, the Office of the Superintendent (OSB), CRA and local financial and accounting professionals
- Ensure that our service offerings fit the client’s needs, while selling the benefits of their services and dealing empathetically with the client.
- Promote a strong working relationship with team members to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
- Provide prompt response and solutions for the satisfaction of clients by monitoring the queue and tracking inbound calls.
- Develop, maintain and apply the learned knowledge of our specialized industry
- Keep team members aware of inbound calls, calls waiting, abandonment rate etc. and encourage them through positive communication and feedback
- Communicate via email and text to potential clients
- Achievement of company and team goals.
Requirements
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Sound judgement and analysis to arrive at recommendations or conclusions
- Team leadership experience
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team / group, providing professional advice or direction to other employees as necessary
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills according to unique situations
- Strong relationship building skills, able to manage multiple relationships
- Detail oriented, highly organized and strong prioritizing skills
- Strong work ethics integrity and committed
- Highly motivated with a desire to be successful, strong desire to motivate others. Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
