Cascadia Metals is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Inside Sales Representative to work at our Delta branch.

Responsibilities :

• Full cycle customer service including receiving and accurately processing orders
• Answering questions and following up with customers
• Analyze and resolve customer complaints
• Assisting in developing project bids
• Creating and maintaining customer records
• Developing new and existing relationships with clients
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements :

• A post-secondary degree is preferred
• A good instinct for sales and building relationships with customers
• Driven and results oriented
• Highly organized with strong ability to track, manage, and follow through on details
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior sales experience
• Familiarity with office organization and environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management skills, Effective use of technology
• Work independently and as a team player with strong self-motivation
• Keen sense of confidentiality, Integrity, and professionalism
• Superior work ethic with attention to detail, diligent, organized, and resourceful
• Proficiency in MS Office particularly : Word, Excel, and Outlook
