RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate sales and ensure appropriate materials are given to customers
Respond to customer inquiries and provide follow-up to assure solutions
Handle inquiries from customers through inbound calls and walk ins
Make outbound calls to existing clients to promote selling opportunities
Process billing and payments
Maintain relationships with customers to understand their requirements and develop solution(s) to best meet their needs
Assist with daily administrative work : data entry, filing, copying, etc
Assist with contract administration
Maintain a high level of communication with all internal and external channels
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
2-4 years of customer service experience (within a construction environment is an asset)
Sales experience is an asset
A friendly and professional phone disposition
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Punctual and reliable
Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
Must have a team-oriented work approach with the ability to work independently
Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
