Job description : Responsabilities :

Responsabilities :

• Answer emails and calls from occasional customers
• Project management (from quotation to production)
• Handle site problems and complaints from occasional customers and distributors
• Estimate small projects for occasional customers
• Update status in the system for occasional customers
• Inform occasional customers about sewer and electrical products, services and installation methods offered by the company
• Target projects on the SEAO platform
• Fill out documents for direct submission (cities)
• Support Sales Managers for major customers

Skills and qualifications :

• 1 to 2 years customer service experience
• DEC or relevant work experience
• Bilingualism an asset
• Blueprint reading an asset
• Knowledge of computer tools
• Good communication and constant collaboration with various internal departments
• Maintain relations with occasional customers
