As an Inside Sales Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our field sales operations, ensuring seamless communication and superior service between our sales team, vendors, and customers.

You'll play a crucial role in managing product proposals, processing orders, and supporting our sales reps in delivering the best solutions to our clients.

What You’ll Do :

• Support Our Sales Team : Collaborate with field sales reps to ensure product specifications align with customer needs.
• Be the Liaison : Serve as the key point of contact between our company, sales reps, helping source products and resolve any issues that arise.
• Drive Sales Success : Generate proposals for potential deals, process orders, and ensure accurate invoicing for customers and vendors.
• Make an Impact : Assist with special projects, work closely with our team, and be the go-to person for incoming calls.
• Stay Organized : Maintain inventory records, manage MEIKO CA product literature, and assist with end-of-month reporting and commission processing.
• Entering : orders into the system (SAP) knowledge is a plus
• Following up : With our MEIKO Germany on timeline for products
• Quotations : to Dealers on products.
