About the Job :

I seek a dedicated, hardworking individual to assist with industrial flooring projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a specialized field.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform hand grinding on concrete surfaces.
• Load and move materials weighing up to 80 lbs.
• Assist in various flooring preparation and installation tasks as needed.

What I am Looking For :

• Ability to operate hand grinders and other basic tools.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions in a team environment.
• Experience in flooring or construction.

Entry-Level Helper :

from $18 to $25 per hour. This rate is for individuals with minimal experience but who are physically capable and willing to learn on the job.

Experienced Helper :

The rate can go up to $25 to $35 per hour for those with some experience in construction or industrial flooring.
