INDIGENOUS LEADERSHIP MENTOR COACH FULL-TIME 100% TERM The Indigenous Leadership Mentor Coach will work with divisional staff and families to support the leadership growth and development of Indigenous students and Indigenous staff.
The Indigenous Leadership Mentor Coach will work in collaboration with the Indigenous Education Team to develop, lead, and promote divisional programming, providing robust learning opportunities for Indigenous students, staff, and community.
The Indigenous Leadership Mentor Coach will lead and support the implementation of Mamahtawisiwin : The Wonder We Are Born With.
They will support and collaborate with staff to enhance inclusivity, identity building, belonging, and well-being for Indigenous students and staff.
The Indigenous Leadership Mentor Coach position will be a part of the Division’s Indigenous Education Team under the supervision of the Assistant Superintendent of Indigenous Education.
