Essential Details and Responsibilities
vacuum floor; mop floor daily; empty trash; clean clipper blades, scissors and clean / disinfect brushes after use.Complete any cleaning and maintenance required to ensure we have a clean and sanitary working area for our Devoted Pet Lovers, pets and ACEs.

Plan and execute meaningful community events both inside and outside the store.Develop partnerships with rescue agencies and other local animal care providers.
bathe and dry animals; perform pedicures and clean ears.Ask questions and listen to Devoted Pet Lover’s needs to help recommend the best products and services for their pet.
Drive sales, customer service, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve overall Store Performance goals.Stay current with pet industry standards through the company’s virtual Learning platform and on the job training.
Maintain the stability and reputation of the store.
Efficiency Use time and resources responsibly. Answer phone calls, book appointments, conduct reminder calls and participate in store events to help drive business.
Support the Self-Wash / Dog Wash and ACE and Store Manager needs in the core of the store.Effectively share workspace with others but also be efficient working alone.
Execute all strategic corporate initiatives.Follow all company policies and procedures.Implement Marketing initiatives at a company and local level, following communication and branding guidelines.
Use the Point of Sale (POS) system according to company guidelines.Other duties as assigned.
