A leading HVAC wholesale distributor is immediately looking to hire an experienced and customer service-oriented Hydronic Sales Specialist for their office located in Vaughan, ON.

• Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Hydronic Specialist will be responsible for providing product information and support to multi-trade customers (phone, email, walk in);
• determine customer needs and upsell where possible; assist contractors with product selection, system design, and provide technical guidance;

and provide after-sales support. Your specific duties include, but are not limited to :

• Resolve technical inquiries and issues related to hydronic products and systems, providing after-sales support, including on-site visits if necessary
• Provide hydronic product training sessions for staff and customers
• Assist the sales team with co-calls and consultations with contractors to increase hydronic sales and margins
• Work in a mixed counter / office environment with occasional visits to customer sites or supplier locations.
• Prepare detailed product quotes, technical proposals, and documentation for customer projects and daily walk-in business in the hydronic segment
• Assist with annual inventory counts
• Other related duties as required

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

• At least three year's experience in a similar role with a focus on Hydronics
• Strong technical knowledge of hydronic equipment and systems
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills

Shifts : Days, 7 : 00am - 4 : 00pm (Monday Friday) and the occasional Saturday, 7 : 00am 1 : 00pm

Compensation :

$80, - $85,.00 / year
