Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process and on boarding
• Spearhead recruiting events such as job fairs and campus recruitment events
• Handle general HR inquiries and field to a higher level when required
• Knowledgeable of ESA standard legislation
• Maintain accurate employee HR records and documents in HRIS
• Ad hoc HR duties when required

Requirements :

• 2-3 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment and onboarding
• Knowledge of Employment standards and other applicable legislation
• Maintain confidentiality
• Attention to detail
• ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple demands
