About the Role
As an HR Coordinator , you will support essential HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and Health & Safety initiatives.
This role is perfect for someone beginning their HR career and looking to grow within an innovative organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop recruitment strategies and support interview coordination.
- Facilitate onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Assist in employee relations, fostering a positive workplace.
- Maintain HR records in line with company policies.
- Participate in Health & Safety tasks, including monthly walk-arounds and quarterly JHSC meetings.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling and document preparation.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in HR.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Discretion with confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive, engineering, or automation industry.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
