Are you looking to take on more contracts as an HR consultant? If so, we are seeking talented and experienced freelance human resources consultants to join our network of professionals.

If you have at least 3 years of experience as an HR generalist, we’d love to meet you and expand our pool of independent consultants!

Responsibilities :

• Providing HR consulting services tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Opening to various types of assignments, including HR outsourcing, payroll process and administration,
• Ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations.
• Assisting with recruitment and selection.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.
• Membership in the HRPA (Human Resources Professionals Association) is a strong asset.
• Access to a vehicle to travel to clients.
• Independent consultant (not affiliated with any company).

Schedule : Flexible.

Status : Contractual (sporadic short- and medium-term mandates, as needed.).
