Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in managing a restaurant, preferably within a hotel, including overseeing staff, scheduling, and operations
• Strong ability to provide exceptional service, handle guest inquiries or complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience
• Experience with budgeting, inventory control, and profit and loss management to drive sales and maintain cost efficiency
• Skills in leading and motivating a team, conducting training, and fostering a positive work environment to enhance staff performance
