Position Description
Our Ft. McMurray location is looking for experienced High-Pressure Operators to join our team for various short and long-term projects.
This position will report to Field Supervision and will work together to ensure all projects are done safely and on schedule.
Job Tasks
Set up and control hoses attached to the pumps to ensure the safe and effective pumping of water.
Responsible for obtaining and completing customer safe work permits and any additional required documents for job completion.
Troubleshoot maintenance issues with High Pressure tools while on job sites.
Complete pre and post trip inspections.
Maintain and update driver’s electronic logbook daily.
Complete necessary paperwork for safety, payroll, vehicle operation, and any other day to day requirements.
Perform laborer duties as assigned, including the use of hand tools and operating power equipment and conduct yard checks.
Train and mentor laborers to help them increase their skill level.
Ensure all equipment and tooling is cleaned and stored in appropriate unit, case, or container before it is returned to the shop.
Assist with job site preparation.

Responsible for the safe operations and maintenance of equipment
Supply a safe and effective service to our customers.
Timely reporting of work-related accidents / incidents to supervisor
Experience, Qualifications & Education
Class 1A or 3A drivers’ license with an acceptable personal driver abstract.
Minimum 1 years’ experience working with various High-Pressure Equipment and Tools is preferred.
Has clear understanding of various high-pressure tools, nozzles, and applications & required water pressure.
Has a clear understanding on water jetting theories.
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team and safety focused environment.
Eagar to learn new skills.
A willingness to take direction and work effectively in stressful situations.
Ability to multitask and adapt to new working environments.
Working Conditions
Willingness to participate in nightshifts and overtime is a requirement.
Willing to travel and stay in camp / hotels when required.
Ability to work in all weather conditions for extended periods of time.
Capable of standing for long durations and able to lift and rig in hoses as part of a team.
Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces.
