We, The Crossing Company Light Rig Division (LRD) are looking to add skilled and driven people to join our field construction team.

We have multiple positions available :

Driller

Rig Manager

What you’ll Need

You must have previous experience on an Horizontal directional drilling rig (ideally 100 or 200 ton rigs) Vermeer and Ditch Witch preferred.

A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team members

Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external customers

Physically fit and can perform labor intensive duties in various outdoor weather conditions

Valid Class 5 Drivers License required

Valid Class 1 Drivers License is an asset that we pay extra for

Safety Tickets : SFA, H2S Alive, GD II, PCST, CSTS 2020

Ability to work 12-hour shifts (rotating between day and night shift) for extended periods on shifts ranging from 6 days on 1 day off up to 24 days on and 4 days off (shift rotation depends on each specific project)

Ability to travel to various job site locations throughout Canada (AB, BC, SK, etc.)

You must be able to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol test

What we Offer

$40 - $50 per hour depending on position and experience plus overtime on all hours over 44 hours per week
