Position Service Representatives

Pay Rate : $17.5 per hour

Location : Toronto, ON

Shifts available

On call shifts

What you need to start working :

• Candidate must ensure that every customer interaction is carried out in a professional, courteous and efficient manner
• Proactively seek opportunities to create memorable customer interactions, assist customers and provide excellent service
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with visitors and educate them about the centre’s services
• Conduct all service functions of the Guest Services kiosk
• Interact with visitors in a courteous manner
• Critical decision-making when dealing with ticket issues, customer concerns or possible emergencies
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Key Requirements

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
• Must have Smart Serve Certification
• Previous ticket-taking / ushering experience is an asset
• Must be able to stand for the duration of shift (typically 4-6 hours)
• Must be able to walk, climb stairs and navigate the venue
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills while being team-focused
