Details :

The Group Leader will work in the before & after school program, (7 : 30-8 : 50am & 2 : 15-6pm), Monday-Friday. Approximately 26.4 hrs / week.

Requirements :

• Must have a minimum of one year's experience in the child care field
• Knowledge of recreational programming
• Must possess strong communication skills
• Have ability to work as part of a team
• High School Completion Certificate or equivalent

Assets :

Possession of a valid First Aid / CPR Certification is considered an asset

Rate of pay is $18.28 per hour plus vacation pay.

Children of EXCEL employees can attend the EXCEL program at no charge

Various paid training opportunities available including High Five, First Aid / CPR, Non Violent Crisis Intervention, Fundamental Movement Skills, etc.
