Who you are
You have about 1 years work experience in a high-volume logistics or retail environment where you dealt with replenishment and receiving (distribution center experience is a strong asset but not necessary)
You have proven leadership experience of at least 1 year where you directly led a team
You are a natural leader. You are comfortable managing, coaching and developing a dynamic team, and always have succession planning in mind
Youve worked with material handling equipment many times before (and hold all appropriate certifications and licenses)
You are computer savvy and generally comfortable with technology (and can easily learn new software and systems)
You have a solid understanding of budget, costs and KPIs, and how to use KPIs to plan, follow up and steer the business
You are willing and able to work very early in the morning (before the store opens)
You are totally cool working in a physically demanding, fast-paced, work environment

Ensuring logistical operations are running smoothly, including inventory routines, preparation of store for daily opening, and the minimizing of wait times at merchandise pick up.
Improve productivity via efficient resource planning,
Secure that the work of the goods flow team complies with IKEAs Code of Conduct, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation relating to Health and Safety
Offers input to the stores business plan and logistics action plan

The starting rate / salary for this position is $ 50 and will be based on relevant work experience.
