• Set-up and Operation : Efficiently set up and operate the folding machine to fold various materials according to job specifications.
• Quality Control : Inspect folded materials for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
• Troubleshooting : Identify and troubleshoot breakdowns, conduct minor repairs, and perform routine maintenance to ensure smooth machine operation.

Exigences du poste

• Proven experience as a Glue / Folder Operator in the print and packaging industry.
• Proficiency in setting up and operating various box types.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
• Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs.
• Capable to work Monday to Thursday, 10-hour shifts, with the potential for overtime.

Profil recherché

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
• Experience on a gluer / folder machine is a plus.
• Reliability in showing up each shift on-time and preferably a willingness to take on some OT.
• Good natured, positive attitude, and willing to work with team & participate in team goals.
