Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments.
• Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards in guest services, ensuring our hotel retains its elite status.
• Oversee and direct operations at the onsite restaurant, Pacini Calgary South, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Foster relationships with guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health and safety regulations, and other legal requirements.

Qualifications :

• Previous hotel management experience is required, with a strong understanding of operations.
• Proven track record of leading a team in a high-performing hotel environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to drive results and maintain a guest-focused service culture.
