What you’ll do :

Responsible for the oversight and management of the Gas Bar / C-store and Carwash.

• Establish short-term strategies, goals, and objectives for the store in alignment with the strategic plan.
• Oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, image standards, financial management, safety and asset protection.
• Responsible to ensure consistent and profitable operations with the goal of continually improving operations.
• Purchase and market convenience store merchandise and manage relationships with vendors. Coaches team members, providing day to day direction and guidance, including performance management, training, and development.
• Manage expenses according to budget while maintaining revenue and superior customer service.
• Ensure adherence to all regulations, Company, H&S, Loss Prevention policies and procedures.

Who you are :

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and :

• Have High School Diploma
• 6 9 years of relevant experience, including 3 years of leadership experience
• Excellent customer service skills & high housekeeping standards
• Strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment
• Ability to deal with people tactfully, and professionally
• High level of integrity and work ethic
• Work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to solve problems
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Must be bondable
