This excitingopportunity to join a worldwide Online Gaming Developer based inbeautiful Toronto Canada!! this role requires fluency toprofessional level Korean and English Speaking and you will haveexcellent presenting skills.

• Be theface of the Company delivering expert knowledge and superior gamingquality.
• Represent and maintain the CompanyBrand by consistently adhering to the Company presentation andgrooming policy.
• Present all games in therequired professional manner showcasing exceptional presentingskills at all times in line with the Company performanceexpectations.
• The ability to engage players andimmerse them in the live dealerexperience.
• Maintain a professional level oftechnical proficiency in all games with the ability to remain fullyaware of your performance at all times and ensure compliance withthe Companys Brand guidelines.
• Carry out allgaming operations in line with the current legislation and to therequired company standards of efficiency security and customersatisfaction.
• Have an active role in thecompany continuous improvement plan to achieve plans for futuregrowth within thecompany.

Requirements

RequiredSkills / Abilities

• Fluencyin English and Korean or Indonesian to Native professional level isa must!
• Exceptional presentingskills.
• An enthusiastic and positive attitudewith an outgoing personality.
• Must be able tomaintain high energy levels for the duration of games that requirea more animated performance.
• Flexibility ofworking hours and the ability to commit to 24 / 7shifts.
• Must be reliable and have goodattendance and timekeeping records.
• Attentionto details and excellent people skills are essential as this is acustomer facing role.
• Must be able todemonstrate the ability to think quickly and remain calm underpressure while maintaining accuracy discipline anddiscretion.

Benefits

Theshifts are 8 hours long and theres three different ones dayafternoon or night. We tend to operate on fixed shifts as it allowsthe dealers to figure out their days off but also get used to theirschedule (e.

g. working nights and adjusting sleeping pattern). Thehours are :

• Day 6.30am3pm
• Afternoon 2.30pm11pm
• Night10.30pm7am

Typically the dealers work90 mins on then get a 30 min break where they can relax / grabfood / watch tv (we have a rec room with TV playstation and games).

They will work 5 days a week with 2 set days off.
